These are some of my tried-and-true clothing pieces that have become my go-to essentials.

1. Abercrombie Ultra High Rise 90s Straight Jeans

These do everything that they are supposed to, they fit like a glove. A good pair of jeans is essential as it can be dressed up or down.

My favorite for a more casual look is with a t-shirt or hoodie with sneakers. Or for more of an elevated look a bodysuit with pointed toe boots.

2. A leather jacket

A leather jacket is my absolute go-to for going out. The one I always wear is from Amazon and it’s perfect to throw over any outfit.

My favorite way to wear is a mini skirt, baby tee and tall black boots! But it also looks so cute with jeans, a t-shirt and boots or sneakers.

Kim K knew what she was doing with these. I linked a few of my favorites but just about everything is great for basic pieces. The cotton collection is perfect for casual outfits or lounging around. The smoothing fabrics are better for dressing up an outfit.

These are perfect layering pieces or to wear by themselves. Even better…the Abercrombie jeans, a skims tee and a leather jacket with boots. Perfection.

4. A leather boot

A leather boot is the perfect shoe to elevate an outfit. The boots I own are sold out so I linked my favorites both tall and short.

I always reach for a tall boot for going out in skirts or dress. A short pointed toe boot looks great with jeans or a pant.
